These terms and conditions govern your use of the Gardus online store. By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by these terms.

Pricing and payment

All prices on Gardus online store are given in New Zealand dollars.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

We do not accept cash on delivery, EFTPOS, cheques, and direct credit.

Availability

All items are subject to availability.

We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available.

In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made. If you process an order in error, please

contact customer services at info@gardus.co.nz

Content Accuracy

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time it was loaded onto the website.

However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
